4 Months!

Patrick is four months old already!!!

Sitting (propped) up like a big boy!

The last month has been quite eventful for our growing young man. He had his first Christmas with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Brent visiting. Patrick was spoiled with all the attention and everyone had a great time.

And Uncle Brent!

We went for many nice long walks out at the beach, in the forest, and at the University so that we could visit Delmar while he was working. Mom also enjoyed the sunny yard and all of our ducks!

On the steps of Founder's Hall on the HSU campus.
We were walking with Delmar but he had to go away
on a call for service.

At Samoa Beach, our regular "dog park".

At Headwaters Trail, our other regular "dog park"

After the holidays we went to go visit Great Grandma "Bachan" Nakamoto in Arnold. We had such a nice visit and it was so much fun to see her with Patrick. He was very comfortable and happy with her the whole visit.

Patrick at Bachan's house. Playing hard, flirting hard, and napping hard!

We were also lucky enough to see some friends and family on our way through Sacramento. It was a real treat to see the Itows, Louise and Uncle Sam. I love this picture that Louise took of Uncle Sam and Patrick.
I think the only other real news is that Patrick has already started teething! He's handling it pretty well but we have had a few fussy evenings since it began. Mostly just lots of drool and gnawing on my fingers! Besides that, he's just growing like a weed, laughing, playing and having a good time being a baby.

Thanks to everyone for the Christmas gifts and hand-me-downs for Patrick. We really appreciate all your generosity.

Talk to you again in a month most likely; that seems to be my pace with these posts.

  1. LOVE this. It's so fun to see him with your family. I'm sure they just loved it too. So cute. Can't wait to meet him someday!
